Role:


As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented Private Client Advisers to join our Dublin-based Wealth Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Ireland’s leading and fastest growing wealth management firms, working with high-net-worth clients to deliver tailored financial planning and investment advice.


The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with clients, understand their goals and personal circumstances, and provide clear, compliant advice and bespoke financial strategies aligned to their needs and objectives.

The level of appointment, responsibilities and remuneration will reflect the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications and potential contribution to the continued growth of the business.


These roles will be based in our Dublin office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial planning and wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients.

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, understanding each client’s goals, circumstances and evolving needs.

  • Identify opportunities across savings, pensions and investment solutions to support client outcomes and business growth.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through referrals, networking and proactive client engagement.

  • Work collaboratively with internal specialists to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate financial opportunities and risks with confidence.

  • Take ownership of client outcomes, resolving issues effectively and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, services and the overall client experience.

  • Ensure all advice and activity is delivered in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and Unio’s risk management framework.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • QFA qualified, with CFP qualification or progress towards CFP highly desirable.

  • Experience providing holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals, business owners or families.

  • Strong knowledge of the Irish financial services market, including pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly.

  • Commercial mindset, with proven ability to identify opportunities and support business development.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage client relationships, pipelines and competing priorities.

  • Experience using financial planning tools such as Voyant would be advantageous, though not essential.

This position is a Controlled Function under the Central Bank’s Fitness and Probity Regime. Any offer will be contingent on satisfying the criteria to act in a CF3 capacity.
