We are recruiting a Financial Planner to join our growing, dynamic Private Wealth Management team, focused on high‑quality client delivery. The team culture is energetic, collaborative and innovative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, assess and refine financial planning scenarios based on clients’ needs and objectives using Voyant financial planning software. 

  • Liaise directly with clients and external providers to clarify and gather information required for each client’s financial plan. 

  • Identify and communicate additional planning and advice opportunities to Private Client Advisers where appropriate. 

  • Prepare clear, concise reports outlining wealth and cashflow projections, personal financial goals and recommended actions to meet client objectives. 

  • Support the ongoing review of client plans, updating them for changes in circumstances and recommending realignment strategies. 

  • Brief the wider Wealth Management team on legislative and technical changes that impact planning solutions. 

  • Help ensure all technical information used in client advice is current, accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements. 

  • Work closely with existing Financial Planners to manage priorities and ensure timely delivery of financial plans. 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the Wealth Management team to support consistently high standards in the delivery of our proposition. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • QFA certified (minimum) or an equivalent qualification that meets the Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Requirements. 

  • CFP part or fully certified; actively working towards this qualification is an advantage. 

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in financial services with a thorough understanding of financial planning. 

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products, services and strategies, including legislative and tax implications. 

  • Proven ability to make complex financial information simple and actionable for clients. 

  • Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. 

  • Strong working knowledge of Voyant financial planning software is an advantage. 

  • Extensive knowledge of products in the Irish market for personal, family and business protection and pre‑and post‑retirement planning. 

  • This position is a Controlled Function under the Central Bank’s Fitness and Probity Regime. Any offer will be contingent on satisfying the criteria to act in a CF3 capacity.

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 

  • Demonstrates a high level of energy, enthusiasm and flexibility. 

  • Highly numerate with excellent organisation skills. 

  • Confident multitasker with a strong work ethic and a keen focus on detail and quality.
